Here’s a hotel concept that’s fresh from the oven. Marked by a bright yellow awning, the lobby of the Hotel Praktik connects seamlessly with Baluard, a bakery by renowned dough dame Anna Bellsolà. “Each bread is a unique, handmade, and almost artistic article, full of textures, colors, and shapes,” says Bellsolà of her just-baked goods, their scent wafting across the lobby’s brick-laden lounge. “Likewise, every hotel is unique, with its charm, its smell, the treatment it offers, and the sensations it arouses when you walk into it.”
